Who we are
Day2Week is a service of Caballero Soluciones Digitales, S.A. (CSD). We provide the service to customer companies, which decide which users they invite and how they use the information. CSD processes data on behalf of those companies.
What data we process
- Account data: the user's name, e-mail address, optional phone number, role and company.
- Operational data: stores, visits, evaluations, commitments, minutes, openings, closings and meetings recorded by users.
- Location: the device coordinates at the moment a user records a store check-in, an opening or a closing. We do not record location at any other time.
- Photos that users attach as evidence.
- Technical data: access and security logs needed to run and protect the service.
How we use it
Only to provide the service to the customer company: to identify users, record the supervision of its stores, send invitations and acceptance codes by e-mail, and produce the reports the company needs. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
With providers that host and operate the service on our behalf: Amazon Web Services (infrastructure, transactional e-mail and, when a user asks for it, AI summaries) and Auth0 (sign-in). Each user sees only the data of their own company, according to their role.
How long we keep it
For as long as the customer company keeps the service. When it ends, the data is deleted as agreed with the company.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data through your company or by writing to info@day2week.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each company is isolated from all others. Access is by invitation only.
Changes
We will publish any change to this policy on this page, with its date.
